My authorization to charge the amount indicated to my credit card or from my bank account shall be the same as if I had personally signed a charge authorization or check made payable to Allegro Organizational Solutions. This authorization shall remain in effect until I notify Allegro Organizational Solutions that I wish to change this agreement, which I may do at any time at . Any donation submitted on this website through the end of December 31st will be receipted as a donation for that same year, though your credit card or bank statement may show the transaction as occurring in the following year. **Note, the following fees are charged by the processor and taken out of the donation amount:

  • Credit Card: 2.95%+$0.25
  • Electronic Check / Bank Draft: 0.5%+$0.35
  • PayPal: 2.2% + $0.3 ea.

In addition to transaction costs, Allegro assesses donations to cover the cost of administration (for donations, accounting, program, legal costs, overhead etc.), ranging from 2.5 - 5% plus $1 on each donation.

(Fees are subtracted from the donation amount you indicate, and your receipt will reflect the full amount of your donation. These fees are charged by your credit card processor or Paypal, not Allegro Organizational Solutions.)

   You will need to contact your employer to have this set up. If they require forms to be filled out by us, they can reach us at or 713-874-1519 and we will be glad to assist. Sometimes, employee matching programs require over-the-phone answers to a couple questions for each gift or with just the initial gift and we are accustomed to handling these calls.
